It cannot therefore be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. secret services) process, evaluate and permanently store your data on US servers for monitoring purposes. We have no influence on this processing.

The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1, Letter f GDPR.

We can save your request and the related data in our CRM system. The e-mails themselves are not stored in encrypted form. Our contact form is encrypted for transport via SSL / TLS, which you can recognize by the “https” in front of the URL. Our mail server also masters the common transport encryption protocols. The full IP address will only be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent Google from collecting and processing your data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
We have concluded an order processing contract with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
